### Notes
|
|
|
|
- Configuration file values can be overridden by command line options
|
|
- The configuration file supports comments (lines starting with `#`)
|
|
- Empty lines are ignored
|
|
- Values are trimmed of leading/trailing whitespace
|
|
- Boolean options (like `outformat=xtvd`) are case-insensitive
|
